We advise that, if possible, you plan ahead for your weeks and book your classes in advance. This is a great motivational start for you and helps ensure that you get signed up for the classes that work best with your schedule. If a class is full that you would like to take, you may still have the option to join the waitlist. You can join the waitlist for a class both through our website or through the Mindbody app. Please remember joining the waitlist for a class is different from registering for an open spot in the class. Refresh your app regularly as class signups are ever-changing.
Joining the Waitlist on Our Website
If a class is full, and you are wanting to join a waitlist using our website, you will see “Waitlist Only,” noted below the instructor’s name and in between the view details tab. Click the button that says “Join Waitlist” to be added to the waitlist for that class. If you make it off the waitlist you will receive a text asking to confirm your spot so we know if you want to still come or if we need to move on to the next person on the list.
Joining the Waitlist on the Mindbody App
If you are reserving using the Mindbody app, when you sign up for class, the button you click to make your reservation will say “Book” if there are spots open, or it will say “Waitlist” if you are going on the waitlist. Pay attention to the difference between the two, and please confirm that you will be there when you receive a text letting you know that you are coming off of that waitlist and into class.
You Are on the Waitlist… Now What?
All clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class. If you are on the waitlist and would like to attend the class, you can arrive before the class start time and wait in the lobby, to hopefully gain a last-minute spot in the class. At 5 minutes after the schedule class start time, if a client signed up for the class and has not shown up, the spot will be given to the person waiting in the lobby and the door to the studio room will be closed. We understand that emergencies may arise, but we ask that if you do need to cancel a class you do so more than 12 hours before the start of class to ensure ample time for notification of clients on the waitlist.
Another scenario you may see on the website or the app is when the button that normally says “Book” alternatively says “Full”. This means that even the waitlist for that particular class is full. The last option seen is when it says “Call”. This happens if you are signing up less than an hour from the start of class. It may also say “Call” if you are already registered for another class at the same time or at an overlapping time. Please just give us a call, and we will be happy to straighten that out for you and get you signed up for the class that you prefer. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns at any time via a call or text message at 214-305-5777. We look forward to helping you have the most successful fitness journey.
